A second abstract describing the Degree Project. There are three moments that change in scale relating to the body. One scale affects the next, growth by means of movement. As each cluster stretches out to the next, sound is also created as they metal pieces touch the rods. As I am interested in functions for the body, the abstract made me think of a skin for a building or for the human body. The translatoin is to be architectural.

This is the initial construction for the degree project, an abstract. It addresses a system that moves along or within the human body, occurring at different intervals or scales (small to large). The system can open and close to create different states or uses for the body, such as, protection or ventilation. Something to be worn, something to occupy and something to shelter.
